There’s just something about Nashville that screams girls trip. Maybe it’s the live country music on every corner, the perfect photo ops, or the way the vibes were high without needing a single drink (for me)—but either way, it delivered. From rooftop bars to vintage shopping and unlocking the Nashville experience, this trip was nonstop fun, chaos, and core memories. If you’re thinking about rounding up your girls and heading to Music City, consider this your sign. Here’s everything we did (and wore) during our four-day girls getaway to Nashville, Tennessee—plus how we scored a free pink limo ride AND a free stay!

Where We Stayed
We kicked off our trip at the cutest Airbnb spot and honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better home base. We partnered with @unionstlofts at 329 Union Street – Unit 204, and let me tell you… this spot is a dream. It’s just the right distance from Broadway (aka close enough to walk but far enough to sleep), and only about a 15-minute drive from the airport—super convenient if you’re flying in with a crew. The space itself is stunning inside; think: chic decor, two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a pullout couch, and the coziest bar nook ever. The kitchen was fully stocked, the closet space was insane, and don’t even get me started on the bedroom vanities—they were made for girls’ trips. We felt right at home and already started talking about coming back before we even left. If you’re planning a Nashville getaway and want to do it in style, this is your sign. Book your stay with them HERE.

What To Do in Nashville
Plan your days with the perfect mix of tourist musts, hidden gems, and photo ops. Here is everything we did in Nashville—and what I’d absolutely recommend for first-timers to get the full Broadway experience. Each place has its own vibe, and that’s what makes it so fun. Whether you’re dancing, singing, sipping, or just people-watching, this is where Nashville really comes alive!
Walk Broadway & Bar and Rooftop Hop:
- The Twelve Thirty Club – 550 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- This spot feels upscale without being stuffy—think classy cocktails, moody lighting, and a sleek open-air rooftop. It’s the kind of place where you can dress up a bit and not feel out of place. We loved the vibe here for daytime drinks and a more elevated break from the Broadway madness.

- UP Rooftop Lounge – 901 Division St, Nashville, TN
- UP Rooftop is a little more under-the-radar and perfect if you want something a bit more chill. The views are gorgeous, and it’s way less chaotic than the other downtown rooftops. Great spot to actually hear your friends talk while still sipping something cute.

- Luke’s 32 Bridge – 301 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- This place was peak Broadway energy—in the best way possible. Think wall-to-wall people, loud country music, and bartenders slinging drinks like pros. If you want to dance, sing along, or fully embrace the Nashville nightlife scene, this rooftop delivers.
- Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar – 307 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- This spot was straight-up electric. The music was blasting, the crowd was wild, and every floor had its own vibe. The rooftop had killer views and even better energy—perfect for dancing, people-watching, or just soaking up the chaos of Broadway with your crew. Bonus points for the food too—their Southern-style bites hit the spot, especially if you need something hearty to keep you going between rounds. Total must-hit.

- Wild Beaver Saloon – 212 Commerce St (2nd Ave), Nashville, TN
- If you’re looking for a bar that doesn’t take itself too seriously but still delivers on the fun, Wild Beaver Saloon is it. This place had everything — karaoke, bar games, and even a mechanical bull (yes, I watched people wipe out for hours). The energy here was unmatched, super laid-back and hilarious in the best way. It felt less like a tourist trap and more like a spot locals would hang at. Whether you’re singing your heart out, riding the bull, or just watching the chaos with a mocktail in hand, this was hands-down my favorite place we went out.
- Pushing Daisies – 570 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- This hidden underground margarita bar felt like a whole secret world beneath the city. The entrance is tucked away and makes it feel like you’re walking into a speakeasy, but once you’re in—vibes. The decor is dramatic, the margaritas are strong (and beautifully crafted), and the music had us ready to dance before we even finished our first round. It’s definitely a fun, moody spot to kick off your Nashville nights.
Other Must-Do Activities:
- Pilates at Bodyrok @ The Gulch – 809 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN – Book Here
- We attempted a Pilates class at Bodyrok—and wow, it burned in the best way. The studio was super clean and modern, and the instructor was so motivating (even though our legs were shaking the entire time). Definitely a fun way to switch things up and feel a little productive before diving back into food and exploring. After class, we grabbed some well-earned coffee and sandwiches at a cute local spot right around the corener Thousand Hills Coffee & Social. Honestly, nothing hits harder than a post-workout latte and carbs.

- Brunch and Swim at Dolly Parton’s White Limozeen – 101 20th Avenue North, Nashville, TN
- We made a reservation at White Limozeen to kick off the day with some seriously delicious brunch and pool vibes. This spot did not disappoint. The atmosphere is cozy and colorful, with that perfect mix of trendy and welcoming—think exposed brick walls, plants everywhere, and upbeat music that sets the mood just right. We snagged a big corner table and ordered way more than we probably needed because everything looked too good to pass up. Their signature cocktails (yes, mocktails too) were perfectly balanced—light, refreshing, and absolutely necessary to get us into full weekend mode. If you want a brunch spot that’s both a vibe and a total taste win, White Limozeen should be at the top of your list.

- Shopping + Thrifting at Black Shag Vintage – 1220 Gallatin Ave, Nashville, TN
- Honestly, this place is a total hidden gem. The vibe is super cool and nostalgic, packed with one-of-a-kind pieces that make you feel like you just stepped into a ‘70s dream. Word on the street is Lana Del Rey shops here, so you know the style is next level. We spent way more time than we planned digging through racks, finding fun vintage gems, and scoring outfits that would’ve been perfect for a retro-themed night out. If you love vintage vibes and want to add a little Nashville edge to your wardrobe, this spot is a must-visit.

- Cage The Elephant Concert – 310 1st Ave S, Nashville, TN
- We hit up a Cage the Elephant concert at Ascend Amphitheater, it was the perfect way to feel all the Nashville energy at once. The band brought so much raw energy and vibe—the crowd was electric, and singing along with everyone felt like a full-on group therapy session (in the best way). After the show, we dove right back into the chaos of Broadway, bar hopping our way through all the iconic spots. Each bar had its own flavor—some with live bands, others with killer cocktails, and all with that unforgettable Music City buzz. We danced, laughed, and just soaked up the nightlife until our feet begged for mercy. Nights like that are exactly why Nashville is the ultimate girls trip destination.

- Puttshack – 138 12th Ave N, Nashville, TN
- If you haven’t been, it’s basically mini golf—but leveled up with high-tech scoring, great music, and a killer bar menu. It was the perfect mix of playful competition and chill hangout time with the girls. Plus, the atmosphere is super trendy without feeling forced, so it totally fits that Nashville cool-girl energy. Honestly, it was a blast and a great way to keep the good times rolling while taking a break from all the walking and sightseeing. Perfect for a fun group activity or a little friendly competition. It’s high-tech mini golf meets nightlife energy—super interactive and way more fun than your average game of putt-putt.

- The Listening Room – 618 4th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- If you love live music but want more chill singer-songwriter vibes, this spot is an absolute must. We heard so many great things about it—it’s perfect if you want to soak in some authentic Nashville songwriting without the wild bar scene. You can swing by for their happy hour to catch some laid-back tunes and good drinks, or stay for the 6 PM show where the talent really shines. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to make it here on this trip, but it was high on our list of recommendations from locals and friends alike. Honestly, I’m dying to go back just to experience it for myself next time!
- Bonus: Guitar Night With a Local
- One of our best friends’ boyfriends invited us over for a jam session at his house and we sang country all night long. It really gave us the full Nashville experience! If you can catch a local musician or writer’s round—do it!
Where to Eat in Nashville
Yes, we basically planned the trip around food.
Best Breakfast & Brunch Spots
- E+ROSE – 1201 Demonbreun St Suite 110, Nashville, TN
- This spot is bright, airy, and full of those effortlessly chic Nashville vibes—perfect for a slow morning with good coffee and even better food. I went for something fresh and flavorful that hit the spot without weighing me down for the day ahead. Plus, the cute decor and friendly staff made it feel like a little moment of calm before our last round of exploring. If you’re looking for a stylish, cozy breakfast spot to kick off your day, definitely check out e+rose.

- Frothy Monkey – 235 Rep John Lewis Way N., Nashville, TN
- We walked just a few minutes from our Airbnb to Frothy Monkey, and it hit the spot. It’s got that cozy, local vibe with tons of drink options and a full breakfast menu if you’re hungry. We grabbed lattes (mine was iced with oat milk, of course) and sat for a bit to plan out our day. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying downtown—it’s the perfect little spot to fuel up before a full day of exploring.

- Thousand Hills Coffee & Social – 805 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- After a morning pilates class, this was the ideal chill spot we heard about for sandwiches and drinks. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, sip on a great cup of coffee or a refreshing drink, and soak up some calm vibes. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to stop by, but it’s definitely on my Nashville return trip agenda.

- Snooze, an A.M. Eatery – 969 Main St, Nashville, TN
- This one lived up to the hype. We made it to Snooze for brunch and it was such a fun, delicious start to the day. The menu is super creative — think pancake flights, breakfast tacos, and eggs benedict with a twist. The vibe was energetic but not overwhelming, and the service was great. Highly recommend if you’re into bold brunch flavors and want something a little different from the usual. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

- Buttermilk Ranch – 2407 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- This spot came highly recommended and I was so bummed we didn’t get to squeeze it in. Everyone said to make sure you join the waitlist early because it fills up fast — but the cozy, elevated vibe and aesthetic brunch dishes make it totally worth it. Definitely at the top of my list for next time!
- Milk & Honey – 214 11th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- This place popped up on almost every brunch list we came across. There are no reservations, so it’s all about beating the rush. I’ve heard their food and drinks are so worth it, especially if you’re into classic brunch with a little Southern flair. We didn’t make it there this time, but it’s staying on my bucket list.
- Biscuit Love – 316 11th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- Such a Nashville staple — everyone and their cousin told us to go here! From what I gathered, it’s known for crazy good Southern comfort food and (of course) their famous biscuits. Lines can get long, so go early if you do hit it. Sadly, we didn’t get a chance to try it ourselves, but I’ll definitely be making it a priority next time. Biscuit Love
Lunch & Casual Eats
- Jack Brown’s – 1123 3rd Ave N, Nashville, TN
- We grabbed what might just be the best burger ever at Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, with that ideal combo of melty cheese and fresh toppings, this burger hit all the right cravings after a weekend full of adventures. If you’re a burger lover (or just need one last incredible meal before you head out), Jack Brown’s is non-negotiable. Trust me, you’ll want to add this spot to your Nashville must-eats list ASAP.

- Miranda Lambert’s Rooftop – 308 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- We didn’t get a chance to stop here, but this pink-toned rooftop bar and Tex-Mex spot was recommended over and over. With its bold decor, rooftop views of Broadway, and a country-glam vibe that screams Nashville, Casa Rosa seems like the perfect girls’ night out destination. It’s definitely on my list for the next trip — mocktails and a rooftop sunset? Yes, please.
- Nashville Street Taco – 912 Woodland St, Nashville, TN
- Taco lovers, take note — this East Nashville gem came highly recommended for a laid-back, flavorful bite. From street-style tacos to loaded nachos, everyone raves about the fresh ingredients and no-fuss setup. We didn’t make it there this time, but I’m already plotting a stop on my next visit.
- Edley’s Bar-B-Que – 2706 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- One of the top BBQ joints on every list we saw, Edley’s is all about Southern comfort with smoky pulled pork, brisket, and all the fixin’s. We ran out of time (and stomach space) before we could try it, but I’ve heard the mac & cheese alone is worth the trip. Definitely a must for BBQ fans!
- Hattie B’s Hot Chicken – 112 19th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- It’s not a Nashville trip without hot chicken, and Hattie B’s is the name everyone throws out first. Spicy, crispy, and served with classic sides like coleslaw and waffles — this was high on our list, but the line was wrapped around the block. We’ll be planning better next time, because this spot is a bucket list bite for sure.
Dinner Picks
- STK Steakhouse – 700 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN
- We got ready for dinner at STK Steakhouse one night—and let me just say, this spot understood the assignment. It’s upscale without being stuffy, with moody lighting, a DJ, and major going-out energy. We dressed up, ordered cocktails right away, and shared a few apps before diving into our steaks (and yes, the mac & cheese is absolutely worth it). Everything from the service to the vibe made it feel like the perfect girls’ night dinner before heading back out. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a little fancy in Nashville—STK is it.

- Dumpling House – 2117 Belcourt Ave, Nashville, TN
- After our vintage treasure hunt, we spent some time just hanging out with the locals—because honestly, some of the best Nashville moments come from the people you meet along the way. The city has this warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel like you belong, no matter where you’re from. For dinner, we hit up Dumpling House, which quickly became my favorite spot of the whole trip. The flavors were out of this world, with perfectly handmade dumplings, flavorful broth, and all the comforting vibes you want after a busy day. If you love bold, authentic eats in a cozy setting, this place should be at the top of your Nashville food list.

- Raising Cane’s – 212 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- After a night out, nothing hit quite like a quick Cane’s run. That crispy chicken and signature sauce totally revived us between stops—and yes, we went back again after dancing at The 5 Spot. Sometimes simple comfort food is exactly what you need to keep the Broadway buzz going. Cane’s + Nashville nightlife? A match made in honky-tonk heaven.

- Rosemary & Beauty Queen – 1102 Forrest Ave, Nashville, TN
- This East Nashville bar was highly recommended for its cool, eclectic vibe — think disco balls, laid-back outdoor space, mocktails, and even THC-infused drinks if you’re feeling bold. It sounded like such a fun spot for a chill night out, but we didn’t get the chance to make it there. Definitely adding it to the top of my list for next time — the vibe alone sounds like a whole mood.
Other Bars to Go To
You can’t go wrong here, but these are the ones that stood out to us.

- Morgan Wallen’s This Bar – 107 4th Ave N, Nashville, TN
- This place was described to us as rowdy, packed, and full of energy — basically, if you’re a country music fan or just in the mood for a wild night, this is where you go. We didn’t get to check it out this time, but it sounds like the kind of spot you need to experience at least once in Nashville.
- Honky Tonk Central – 329 Broadway, Nashville, TN
- Three floors of non-stop fun—each with its own live band and rowdy crowd. Honky Tonk Central was giving classic Nashville energy: loud, lively, and full of people just there to have a good time. The open balconies overlooking Broadway made it easy to vibe and people-watch. Grab a bite, grab a drink, and settle in—it’s the kind of place you’ll accidentally stay at all night.
- The 5 Spot – 1006 Forest Ave, Nashville, TN
- This place has that laid-back, authentic Nashville energy—think dive bar meets live music haven. The crowd was chill, the music was bumping, and it felt like the perfect spot to wind down while still soaking up that local scene. Whether you’re into dancing, discovering new bands, or just hanging with good people, The 5 Spot is a must-add to your night-out lineup in Nashville. More local crowd, live music, dancing, a short walk from Rosemary’s.

Demonbreun Street & Midtown are also great if you want a break from the Broadway crowds.
Other Fun Things To Do
- Ride in a Pink Limo
- Ok, this wasn’t planned. After brunch, we weren’t about to walk back to the Airbnb in heels (nope), so we saw the cool limo and pitched ourselves as content creators and scored a free ride back in their iconic pink limo. Yup, you read that right. Cruising through Nashville in a pink limo felt like the ultimate VIP girls trip moment, complete with laughs, selfies, and that perfect little boost of city glam. It was honestly one of those unexpected highlights that made the whole trip feel even more special. If you want a brunch spot that’s both a vibe and a total taste win, plus maybe a little extra magic, White Limozeen is where it’s at.

- Green Hills Mall – 2126 Abbott Martin Rd, Nashville, TN
- A great spot to escape the heat and do a little retail therapy. This upscale mall is known for its high-end stores — and word is, it’s where the celebs shop when they’re in town. Bonus: excellent A/C and plenty of spots to grab a bite between stores.
- Photo Ops
- Nashville is full of iconic spots to snap a pic. Head to White Limozeen for that dreamy pink rooftop aesthetic, stroll through 12 South to find murals on every corner, and don’t miss the rooftop views scattered across Broadway and East Nashville — perfect for golden hour content.
What to Wear: Outfit Ideas from My Trip
Not sure what to pack for your Nashville getaway? I’ve got you. From cute daytime looks to rooftop-ready outfits, here’s everything I wore on our trip—and what I’d recommend bringing to feel comfy, confident, and totally on-theme. Think boots, layers, and a little sparkle.
- Daytime exploring:
- Comfy but cute was the vibe. Think denim shorts, white sneakers, a graphic tee, and a crossbody bag. I threw on a wide-brim hat for sun protection and the aesthetic.
- Brunch & coffee runs:
- A breezy mini dress with cowboy boots — easy, stylish, and made for that “oh just casually chic” vibe. Bonus points for cute sunnies and lotssss of layered gold jewelry (obviously from @taylorsouldesigns).
- Broadway nights:
- Black leather shorts, a sparkly top, and heeled boots — because when in Nashville, you go all in. I also packed a fringe jacket for a fun little statement moment. You can find all my outfits over on @whattaylorwore
- Airport / travel day:
- Matching neutral set, oversized denim jacket, and chunky sneakers. Cozy, cool, and still put-together enough for airport pics.
You can find all of my outfit recommendations here for Amazon specific or here for everything else!

Nashville was everything we hoped for and more — the perfect mix of good food, great music, stylish vibes, and unforgettable memories with my favorite people. From cozy brunch spots and vintage finds to wild nights on Broadway and those little moments (like cruising in a pink limo), this trip had it all. If you’re dreaming of a girls trip that’s equal parts fun and fab, Music City should be at the top of your list. Can’t wait to go back and make even more memories! Until next time, Nashville.
