Welcome to the blog of Taylor Onze! I am an avid fashionista, travel enthusiast, and lifestyle blogger.
A little bit about me, I am 25 and currently live with my boyfriend and our pur-fect cat child, Trappy. My boyfriend, Jared, and I have been together for almost three years now! I love him dearly and he is my travel partner/’Instagram boyfriend’ for life and I am so thankful to have found my soulmate. We are obsessed with traveling and finding all of the coolest spots in the world. I have him to thank for my amazing experiences I have had while traveling the past few years.
I am originally from Southbury, CT but we have yet to find our forever home. I graduated college from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Communications Marketing and a minor in Holistic Health. During so, I also became Reiki Level II certified. If you are unfamiliar, Reiki is a form of healing energy. If you know me, you know I am also obsessed with spirituality, crystals, and natural healing. I love making sure a majority of my household products are chemical free, as well as actively working to make sure I do my part in keeping the Earth a healthy place. Besides fashion + travel, I LOVE gardening and am currently learning how to compost! I am also super passionate about eco friendly swaps, minimalism and spreading information on this to others!
On top of all that, I also own my own jewelry business, Taylor Soul Designs. While I am absolutely in love with my brand, I have always sparked an interest in starting a blog and finally got the courage to give myself that ‘push’ to take blogging seriously. While this interest sparked my soul WAY back when when I had started my “fashion Tumblr page”, back in like …2010?… I have recently become obsessed with posting about my travels and my outfits/beauty products. As social media constantly expands, I am eager to learn how to utilize the internet to my advantage. I have LIKEtoKNOW.it to thank for this! Over the past year I have gotten so into posting my outfits to LTK that I am ready to take this to the next level for y’all and blog about it too!
Another fun fact about me, I refuse to work a 9-5 corporate job. I truly believe that life is just too short to break your back for a company who barely even knows who you are. No thanks. Been there, done that, and never again (for as long as thats possible). I used to cry every single day at my cooperate jobs (yes more than one) and when I had finally gotten laid off from the last one, I promised I would never do this to myself again. I am a strong believer that if you do what you love, you will never have to work a day in your life. That has led me to here. For the past two years I have been working on my business, myself, and expanding my income while doing both. I am taking that one step closer to living my dream life – living MY LIFE the way I want and under my terms and conditions. And I couldn’t be happier.
